Meet Our Team
Kim – Scheduling Coordinator
Kim has been with the office for “many” years. She is our front desk coordinator who will greet you with a smile and a big “Hello”. Kim will do whatever she can to help with the ease and flexibility of scheduling appointments to try and fit your schedule. She is married with four wonderful kids, two amazing grandchildren, and one very spoiled dog. Kim is a very proud military mom whose two sons are currently serving in the Navy. When Kim isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her grand kids, taking her dog for long walks in the park, or just sitting and reading a good book. Her favorite pastimes are going to the beach and collecting flamingo items.

Lana – Scheduling Coordinator
Lana is one of our amazing front desk coordinators, she has over ten years experience in the orthodontic field. She loves seeing the huge smiles on our patients when braces are removed. Lana is married with three combined children, she is a mom who can juggle work, sports and everything in between. These attributes make her perfect for coordinating your care. When Lana is not greeting our patients, she loves being outdoors or traveling somewhere warm.

Shannon – Treatment & Financial Coordinator
Shannon is a CIDMA Mentor graduate and has been in the dental field for 22 years. She has spent 10 of those years specializing in orthodontics. She loves meeting new families, greeting them with a warm and welcoming smile, and helping them understand the benefits of orthodontia. Her favorite part is watching children grow throughout treatment and seeing their end result! Shannon will help you arrange an affordable payment plan and answer any insurance, financial and treatment questions you may have. Both Shannon and her husband are Mentor natives. They enjoyy attending their two daughter’s local sporting events and also going to festivals. In her free time, Shannon enjoys nature photography, traveling with her family, and walking their mini Labradoodle, Freya.

Ashley - Orthodontic Assistant
Ashley is knowledgeable in general dentistry but her specialty is orthodontics . She will go above and beyond to help make your smile beautiful. She attended Cleveland Institute of Dental-Medical Assistants in Mentor where she graduated at the top of her class. Ashley loves spending time with her family, especially her children. She also loves the outdoors, so you will most likely find her camping, hiking, or out on her family’s boat. Ashley is a kind hearted, caring person and she will go to great lengths to make her patients happy.

Brooke – Orthodontic Assistant
Brooke became an orthodontic assistant because she has a passion for making people feel confident in their smiles. One of her favorite parts of being an orthodontic assistant is building relationships with the patients and seeing their beautiful smiles. Brooke graduated from Kaplan College in San Antonio, Texas where she lived while her husband was stationed in the Air Force. When Brooke isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her children and her husband.
